Het Packhuys recently installed a customized packaging line for fruit at Kivits Goes in Barendrecht. This smart line solution is specially designed for quality and weight control of fruit already packed in the country of origin, such as grapes, and offers maximum flexibility for future expansion with, for example, a topseal or flowpack machine.

The line at Kivits Goes includes:
- A return belt for automatic disposal of B products
- A checkweigher that detects underweight and automatically sends out
- Dozen transport from start to end of line - Trays are packed in the same cask
- The line is prepared for the integration of a topseal or flowpack machine
- A tandem labeler for top and bottom labeling without downtime, thanks to automatic roller changeover
