Het Packhuys recently completed a fully automated blueberry line at one of our customers. This automation reduces the number of operators on the line to a minimum, contributes to a worry-free process and significantly increases production capacity.
The line consists of:
- Induser PGF series: 12-head linear weigher with integrated denester;
- Packaging Automation REV series: state-of-the-art top sealer
- Tandem labeling system: for continuous labeling
- Checkweigher and metal detection
- Camera control system: check for bar code below/above, so that only correct packages go through the case packer.
- Sepia TL3 double lane case packer: for optimal packing in boxes and/or crates.

The line has now been running satisfactorily for several months and the second line is on order. We are proud that we were able to make a valuable contribution to optimizing and automating the packaging process with this solution.
