In the meat industry, compact case packers are often combined with collaborative robots (cobots). These cobots can place trays of meat products into boxes or crates in preset patterns. Although this combination is slower than fully automated systems, it offers more flexibility and is suitable for smaller production runs or variable product sizes.

Applications
These systems are ideal for packaging a variety of meat products, such as fresh meat, deli meats and pre-cooked products, in different packaging formats. The flexibility of cobots allows rapid switching between different product lines without extensive changeover times.
- Capacity: Processes up to 100 trays per minute.
- Versatility: Suitable for various tray and box sizes, such as 30x40 and 60x40, as well as plastic casks.
- Precision and control: The robotic arm with suction cups places the trays with minimal pressure, while a film detection system and barcode scanner ensure that only correctly packed products are processed.
- Autonomy: Cooperation with our box (un)stackers guarantees a fully automated end-of-line process.
