The denester is designed for a streamlined packaging process. Thanks to custom cassettes, the machine fits your product perfectly, whether it is long side leading (LSL) or short side leading (SSL) positioning.
A real-time status indicator ensures that you always have insight into the operation of the machine. Clear color codes indicate exactly whether production is running (green), whether a magazine change is almost needed (flashing green), or whether there is a malfunction (flashing red). This not only increases efficiency, but also safety within your production environment.
In addition, the ontnester is prepared to communicate with existing lines, making integration easy without major modifications.
