The Frutmac Blitzmatic+ Pro is the fully automated lid machine for durable packaging. With this machine, a cardboard lid is applied to traditional cardboard trays with extreme precision. Thanks to the double automatic head mechanism, this is done quickly and reliably.
An integrated variable lid divider makes it easy to switch between different lid types, such as:
- WRAP lid: Ideal for round fruits as it securely fixes different sizes.
- FLAT lid: Perfect for other shapes and sizes of fruits and vegetables.
The Blitzmatic+ Pro can be seamlessly integrated into existing packaging lines and is fully compatible with the Jollypack.

The durable 'Blitzschale'
Along with the Blitzmatic+ Pro, Frutmac offers the innovative "Blitzschale. These 100% durable trays are available in:
- Classic corrugated cardboard, unprinted or printed in color or photo print (offset, flexo or digital printing).
- Grass paper, consisting of 40% grass fiber.
In addition, it is possible to quickly personalize the trays with unique designs and branding. It is also compatible with foil machines for a Plug & Play solution.
