The REV7 is the largest single lane top sealer in Packaging Automation's REV series and offers very high output in packaging. This machine is designed for large-scale production environments where maximum throughput and reliability are crucial. Depending on the scale size, the REV7 can process up to 10 packs per stroke, ensuring high capacity.
Thanks to all-electric PowerDrive technology and SyncroflexPRO adaptive control, the REV7 guarantees a continuous flow of scales - without interruptions, without buffering. The machine automatically adjusts its speed to the supply of scales, achieving optimal productivity and minimal downtime.

The REV7 - and all of Packaging Automation's top sealing machines - are particularly widely used in the fresh produce industry (fruits and vegetables), where they excel at packaging soft fruits including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Thanks to hermetic sealing and advanced sealing options, these sensitive products stay fresh longer, which is essential for quality and shelf life in wholesale and retail.
In addition to soft fruit, the REV7 is also excellent for Packaging other fresh products such as sliced vegetables, salads and herbs. In addition, the machine can also be used for ready meals, meat and meat substitutes, desserts, dairy, fish and seafood.
The REV7 can be used for multiple sealing options. Atmospheric Top sealing, which achieves a hermetic seal for optimum shelf life. In addition, the machine offers MAP-F (gas flush), a quick method to remove oxygen from the package and extend shelf life. For products requiring extra protection, MAP-V (vacuum + gas) is available, which ensures maximum oxygen removal.
The REV7 works with a wide range of packaging materials, including plastic trays (PP, A-PET, C-PET, R-PET), bioplastic trays (PLA), foil trays and pulp and cardboard trays.
