Entry-level fully automatic top sealing machine
The REV3 is the ideal entry-level machine for companies in the fresh produce industry (fruits and vegetables) looking to transition from semi-automatic systems to fully automated top sealing. With a compact footprint and a speed of up to 90 trays per minute, this machine is perfect for locations where space is limited but reliable performance is still required.
With a capacity of at least 20 cycles per minute, the REV3 offers consistent results for Packaging fresh produce such as tomatoes, soft fruits and mushrooms. Thanks to all-electric PowerDrive technology, the machine operates without compressed air, which is more energy-efficient and maintenance-friendly.

Packaging Options
The REV3 is specially designed for the food industry, where it excels at packaging fresh produce in the fruit and vegetable (AGF) sector. The machine is ideal for packaging soft fruits such as blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, as well as cut vegetables, salads and herbs, where hygiene and shelf life are paramount.
In addition to the fruit and vegetable sector, the REV3 is also used for tray sealing of ready meals such as meal salads, as well as meat and cheese products.
Seal options
The REV3 can be used for multiple sealing options. Atmospheric Top sealing, which achieves a hermetic seal for optimum shelf life. In addition, the machine offers MAP-F (gas flush), a quick method to remove oxygen from the package and extend shelf life. For products requiring extra protection, MAP-V (vacuum + gas) is available, which ensures maximum oxygen removal.
Suitable materials
The REV3 works with a wide range of packaging materials, including plastic trays (PP, A-PET, C-PET, R-PET), bioplastic trays (PLA), foil trays and pulp and cardboard trays.
